• STEP 1: Call me - (864) 384-2488. My services are usually paid for by the seller, so calling me to discuss the buying process doesn't cost you a dime.
• STEP 2: Make an Appointment - I will come to you to find out what your needs are. I don't want to just sell you a home—I want to find you the home that fits your needs.
• STEP 3: I will check available properties to find those that most closely match your needs, and provide you with printed information about each home.
• STEP 4: Choose the homes that you like from these listings, and we will go and view them.
• STEP 5: You found your dream home, so we will write up an offer and NEGOTIATE.
• STEP 6: Your offer is accepted. I will walk you thru the legal details, and at the end you will move into your new home.
