According to 2006 national statistics, South Carolina is rated the fifth fastest growing state and the Spartanburg/Greenville area is rated the eleventh fastest growing area in the country. A considerable amount of this is due to the international business that this climate and lower cost of living attracts.

With our location being only 3-4 hours from the beaches of Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head, 45 minutes from the mountains, and 2-1/2 hours from the artistic environment of Asheville, N.C, it's no wonder that we have experienced such growth. We have two nationally accredited healthcare systems. BMW and Michelin North American Operations are based here, and so is Denny’s corporate office. There are more international corporations manufacturing in this one area than any other in the United States. This gives us a wonderfully culturally diverse population that retains its southern hospitality.
