There are many things to take into consideration when selling a home. Using a professional Realtor® like myself will make this process easier and less stressful.

  • STEP 1: Call me - (864) 384-2488. Real Estate transactions are legal pitfalls in today’s court system, little mistakes you didn’t even know you made can place you in court 30 years from now. Don’t take the risk of losing everything you have by trying to save a few bucks.
  • STEP 2: Make an Appointment - I will come to you and explain the proceedings in a way that makes sense, give you a better understanding of the market in your area and what to expect as negotiations are going on.
  • STEP 3: I will measure your house for proper square footage and compute true market value of your property so that you get the right price for your investment. Actually, using a realtor often gets you more money by proper price setting and effective negotiations!
  • STEP 4: Fill out all the paperwork that gets your property in the MLS and various real estate services. I will handle all this and make sense of the legal pile that frustrates most.
  • STEP 5: Place your house in the buyers path-I go out and find the buyers, not just let the Multiple Listing Service alone do the work. Aggressive marketing brings buyers to your door and my supervision protects your assets.
  • STEP 6: Negotiate for You!!. I want you to get the very best price for your property and earn your repeat business.
  • STEP 7: Follow up. I will coordinate all paperwork with buyers to ensure a timely closing with your interests in mind. All I want you to have to do is come to the closing office and collect your check.
